YKLM will not disclose, transfer, lease or sell to any third party the data related to the personal information of consumers such as the list of transaction users, transaction records and the non-public content you keep in various services of YKLM, unless you explicitly authorize YKLM, or YKLM considers it necessary to disclose such information on the basis of good faith.

You understand and agree that YKLM has the right to provide necessary information such as registration information and transaction record filled in by you at YKLM in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations or at the request of government departments (including judicial and administrative departments). If you are suspected of infringing others' intellectual property rights, YKLM also has the right to provide necessary identity information to the obligee in case of preliminary judgment of the suspected infringement.
